Epic Movement: Southeast Asia

This is an Epic Movement Summer Mission. The Epic Movement is our campus movement that seeks to reach Asian American students by putting the gospel of Jesus Christ into a context that speaks to them, so that they may have the opportunity to turn to Jesus and follow him in reaching their campuses, communities, and the world.

Make an impact in a country where many have never heard the good news, and you can share it with them! As God goes before us, we trust Him to sow a great harvest this summer that will lead to a full time ministry led by nationals in the future.

This project is open to all but will mostly be made up of Asian-American students involved with Epic Movements. Mission participants will have the incredible opportunity to develop relationships with Southeast Asian students and people in the community. Our team will also get plenty of chances to experience the culture and learn about the city. During team time meetings, we will also have the opportunity to process our growth and Asian American Identity- to discuss and share how it's been being there as not only an American but also as an Asian American.

Being a creative access country, we need the team to be sensitive to security issues, and the team must use wisdom in decoding and launching movements.
