Greece: Ioannina (Grace Bible)

This mission is for students that currently are part of the ministry at Grace Bible Church.

Greece is more than just the gorgeous islands and ancient ruins. While the Greek people carry deep pride in their country’s far-reaching history, they also cherish their values for family, friends and food! These usually collide at the same table!

Ioannina is a small town, located about 7 hours to the Northwest of Athens. It's a small college town with one university and approximately 15,000 students. Imagine spending six weeks with 15-20 other A&M students while sharing the gospel with Greek university students. You'll be with Greeks on campus, in coffee shops, or at the castle located in the middle of town. You will build relationships with students you meet throughout the summer while at the same time looking for opportunities to share Christ with them.

Once you arrive in Greece, you will spend a few days in Athens, where you will experience some of the ancient city, and retrace some of Paul's footsteps. After your time in Ioannina, you will visit the ancient city of Corinth before you head home.
