Welcome to Montenegro, one of the fastest growing economies and favorite travel destinations in Eastern Europe! From the sunny and gorgeous beaches along the Adriatic, to the incredible mountains of the north, Montenegro is a natural gem! Yet, despite its beauty, it's also home to the smallest evangelical population in all of Europe*. Many have no idea who Jesus Christ is and why He came.
If you're passion is to see God use you in radical, life transforming ways and to witness the gospel going forth into new places - potentially transforming a whole nation, then Montenegro is for you! With its best and brightest future political leaders and cultural influencers coming from the universities, there is a great need and opportunity for students to share the gospel with students, come alongside each other in spiritual growth, and connect those we meet with a community of believers who can continue the ministry we helped start.
Students coming to Montenegro can expect to learn how to build cross-cultural relationships, be equipped to share their faith, receive training to follow up young or new believers, be discipled and developed by a Cru staff member, and have a lot of fun forming new friendships, experiencing a new culture, and watching the Lord grow your heart for people all over the world. The skills and training students receive here will not only help them on their campuses, but for the rest of their lives to be Christ-centered laborers for a lifetime!
