Nations: Mongolia

Native students that have participated in this summer opportunity say that Mongolia culture is very similar to that of the Native American, in traditional ways of living and worldview. So, it’s an awesome opportunity to share about what it means to follow Jesus in the context of a shared indigenous identity.

If you participate in this summer opportunity you will be on a team comprised mostly of Native American students. You will experience the Mongolian culture both in the city, as you connect with students from the capitol city of Ulaanbaatar and with those from the countryside living the nomadic life!

Being immersed in Mongolian life provides increased awareness and opportunity to process growth in life and in your indigenous identity.
